Wow guys how are you today I am going to share a quick Spanish rice or a Mexican rice recipe. So here is also the first part of this recipe that we don't need too many dishes or pots. With this as we will cook we combine everything in one pot without difficulty and a lot of time.


Ingredients:


Rice


Two tablespoons of oil or butter


One tablespoon of chopped garlic


Two onions in the middle


Capsicum


Half a cup of green peas


Tomato puree half a cup


Remedies


Salt as per taste


Dark black powder


Half a teaspoon of cumin powder


Red chili powder is half a teaspoon


One teaspoon of reddish-brown flakes


Spoon oregano


Spoon or two tomato sauce


Boiling breasts


kidney beans or rajma


Green pepper


Coriander leaves

So let’s start preparing this Mexican rice with one quick pot. Here I found this long grain transfer with rice which is about one and a half cups.
